It's a task. If I get enough people to see him, he'll reward me with something I can use for a trial.

But yeah, it was brought on by the fact that no one visits him, so he wants the chance to try and tempt people into his faction.

Something you put effort into, like a craft or cooking. He's not expecting much given our supplies on hand, but he's tired of people just trying to get him alcohol from the parlour.

He might give you a bit of a reward for coming to see him, too—but I don't know how serious he was about that. In any case, we've already arranged what the reward will be, if I succeed.
